Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all content . Collaborate with the team to align content with overall strategy and goals. Proven experience editing . YouTube long-form and short-form content. . Strong understanding of . YouTube retention strategies and short-form virality. . Proficiency in video editing tools such as .
