Provide high-quality remote customer assistance in Italian through phone, email, and chat channels for Mercedes-Benz customers. . Address inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and maintenance issues. . Resolve customer concerns effectively and ensure a satisfying resolution. . Maintain precise records of customer interactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with various internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and issues. . Gather feedback from customers to help enhance our service offerings. . Stay informed about Mercedes-Benz vehicles and service updates to provide up-to-date information. .
