Must-Have Skills. . . 4–7 years of QA experience. in web, SaaS, or enterprise applications with a proven track record of delivering high-quality releases. . . . Strong understanding of test design techniques. , exploratory testing, test planning, and the defect lifecycle. . . . Hands-on experience with Playwright. (or similar modern test automation frameworks) for web UI testing, with the ability to design scalable, maintainable test suites. . . . Exposure to API testing. using tools like Postman, REST clients, or test automation frameworks with integrated API layers. . . . Experience testing Salesforce. or other CRM systems, with an understanding of their workflows, permission models, and dynamic UI behavior. . . . Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work closely with developers, SDETs, and product teams in agile environments. . .
