Communications Coordinator at Antica Terra. The Communications Coordinator will work closely with the VP of Communications to bring the MAKK Group brands (Antica Terra, Lillian, the Glories, Coriolis, Yes Society and Beauty School) to life across platforms and partnerships. They will be responsible for supporting high-impact initiatives as well as press and partner relationships, coordinating event logistics, managing digital content, and helping to ensure brand cohesion across every touchpoint. . This role is ideal for a detail-oriented person with a love for systems and storytelling. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment, and is excited to contribute to a small, highly collaborative team.  . They must be comfortable supporting the voice and vision of our ownership. High-touch communication—internally, externally, both verbal and in writing—is an essential part of this position. . Assist in building, protecting, and enhancing brand reputation and awareness . Maintain and organize brand guidelines and asset libraries . Coordinate delivery of brand assets to partners and vendors . Support media relations: research, draft press releases, track coverage . Help produce internal updates, newsletters, presentations . Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns . Maintain web content and cross-channel consistency . Coordinate logistics for media visits, events, and brand activations . Organize creative assets and track content performance . Maintain communication metrics and campaign performance . Support internal and external communications across platforms . Assist with event logistics . Levels of Effort. 50% External Communications Support. 30% Internal Communications. 20% Media, Events & Logistics. Working Conditions. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional travel. Work hours align with Pacific Time. This role involves regular digital collaboration and may include in-person event support.. . Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or related field. . 3–5 years of relevant experience in communications, media, or brand roles. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Outstanding organizational ability and attention to detail. . Strong problem-solving and project management skills. . Experience with Klaviyo or similar email tools preferred. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with Figma, Adobe, and CRM platforms a plus. . Motivated, self-starting, and comfortable in a remote work environment. . Must be at least 21 years of age. . Company Location: United States.
