The successful candidate will play an integral role in driving engagement across the business and building long standing relationships with your key stakeholders.. The role is primarily remote, however you may be asked to attend our Cardiff or Newport office when required.. . What does the role of Change Delivery Lead look like day to day?. . Lead and coordinate all Business and IT change activities across multiple teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and timelines. . Facilitate and chair Change Prioritisation and Triage forums, driving consensus among cross-functional stakeholders including developers, designers, testers and senior leadership. . Oversee the scheduling and management of change deliverables by the appropriate Delivery Teams, proactively resolving challenges to maintain momentum and quality. . Proactively monitor resource allocation and progress against agreed timelines, identifying and escalating risks, issues or delays to maintain delivery momentum. . Champion a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, cost optimisation, revenue growth and stakeholder satisfaction. . Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering transparent communication and collaborative problem-solving. . Provide strategic guidance and influence on change governance, ensuring adherence to risk management protocols and compliance requirements. . Oversee the development of accurate cost estimated and impact assessments, enabling informed decision-making throughout the change lifecycle. .
