And we’re just getting started.. Key Responsibilities. . Lead a high-performing India-based sales team of 8–10 BDRs, AEs, and Sales Analysts. . . Own and deliver ambitious revenue targets through disciplined execution and strategic leadership. . . Start in a . player-coach capacity. , actively closing deals while coaching the team, and transition into a pure leadership role at the right time. . . Master our product, the buyer intelligence space, and the broader Sales AI market. . . Build trusted advisor relationships with CROs and senior sales leaders, deeply understanding their pain points and positioning solutions persuasively. . . Evangelize buyer intelligence, showcasing its transformative impact on sales teams. . . Evolve existing playbooks into next-level AI-assisted strategies and drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. . . Develop and refine sales processes, create scalable playbooks, and share actionable insights with leadership. . . Requirements – What Really Matters. . Proven record of at least . $10M in closed/won revenue. over your career, with at least one-third closed individually and two-thirds in a leadership role. . . Consistent overachievement in enterprise SaaS or AI sales to the . US market. , ideally within early-stage or category-creating startups. . . Experience closing . $100K+ ACV deals. in the US, with flexibility to work . CST hours. . . . Strong grasp of modern sales methodologies (DISC, MEDDPICC, Sandler, Challenger, etc.), with formal training or certifications preferred. . . Demonstrated success in building tool stacks, processes, and playbooks that scale. . . Strategic thinker with a disciplined, structured approach—balanced with the grit to hustle and deliver results. . . Competitive, highly motivated, and relentless in achieving goals, while remaining grounded in strong personal values. . . What Matters Somewhat. . 10+ years in SaaS sales with at least 5 years in leadership roles targeting mid-market or enterprise clients. . .
