Presales Manager at BlackStone eIT. We are seeking an experienced Software Presales Manager to lead and support end-to-end presales activities including RFP analysis, proposal creation, solution design, partner coordination, opportunity qualification, and strategic client engagement. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to drive winning proposals and support business growth.. Key Responsibilities:. Proposal & RFP Management. . Lead technical and functional responses to complex RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.. . Prepare detailed summaries and tailored response frameworks for each opportunity.. . Coordinate inputs across technical, commercial, UX, AI, and partner teams.. . Draft and review executive summaries, compliance matrices, and pricing tables.. . Solution Architecture & Technical Design. . Evaluate client requirements and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.. . Design high-level architecture for custom software, integration platforms, AI solutions, and cloud-based systems.. . Translate business requirements into technical proposals with effort estimations.. . Client Engagement & Presentations. . Participate in client meetings, requirement clarification sessions, and technical discussions.. . Prepare customized solution decks and support live Q&A during presentations and demos.. . Internal Team Coordination. . Collaborate with UX/UI, data, cloud, and product teams to gather inputs and align proposals.. . Coordinate with the partners team to source licensing and technical input from vendors.. . Support the sales team with scope validation, bid/no-bid decisions, and pricing strategy.. . Opportunity & Pipeline Management. . Maintain a structured pipeline of presales opportunities across UAE and KSA.. . Identify reusable assets and improve proposal templates for repeated categories.. . Track deadlines, submission formats, clarifications, and proposal quality standards. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.. . 5–8 years of experience in software presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.. . Strong exposure to government RFPs in UAE and KSA.. . Experience in AI, low-code (e.g., OutSystems), integration, data platforms, or managed services.. . Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and client communication skills.. . Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).. . Company Location: Egypt.
