You will guide team practices, mentor engineers, and shape architectural decisions while balancing legacy modernization with innovation. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the U.S., with occasional travel for in-person collaboration.. Accountabilities:. . Collaborate through pair/mob programming to build scalable, performant applications. . Contribute to modernizing legacy systems and developing new product features. . Lead architectural decisions and help shape technical direction. . Mentor engineers and guide XP practices like TDD, CI/CD, and incremental delivery. . Work with Product and Design to align technical efforts with business goals. . Drive continuous improvement in development workflows and team dynamics. .
