This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, understands the nuances of working with engineers, and has a strong track record of designing and leading people-related initiatives from the ground up.. Key Responsibilities:. . Facilitate Engineering Community meetups and events.. . Lead and manage the Grade Review process.. . Organize internal workshops and meetups, including sourcing external/internal speakers.. . Document and maintain outcomes and insights from all people events.. . Coordinate and develop mental health support programs.. . Drive the Performance Review cycle across engineering teams.. . Coach Engineering Managers on people management, feedback, and leadership.. . Oversee the internship program and its development.. . Lead other people-related initiatives based on actual team challenges.. . Train hiring managers on recruitment best practices.. . Support change management processes within and across teams.. . Drive internal communications within the Engineering department — promote events, share updates, and engage engineers in meaningful dialogue.. . . Fluent English (C1 or higher).. . Proven experience (5+ years) as a People Partner or HRBP in tech companies.. . Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in building HR processes from scratch.. . Solid understanding of Agile principles and facilitation techniques.. . Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and speak their language.. . Solution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.. . Ability to identify problems and implement impactful solutions end-to-end.. . Company Location: Serbia.
