Optimize internal review workflows to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency. . Provide structured feedback and mentorship to distributed team members. . Engage directly with clients on complex tax matters and advisory issues. . Adjust and review QuickBooks financial statements to ensure tax readiness. . Partner with leadership to refine processes and strengthen overall team performance. . 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience. . Proficiency with UltraTax, Drake, and/or Canopy. . Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks. . Demonstrated experience reviewing tax returns, not only preparing them. . Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. .
