Make high-volume outbound calls, send cold emails and conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate and qualify B2B leads . . Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives . . Use CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive to manage and track leads . . Conduct research and personalise outreach to target accounts and decision-makers . . Maintain detailed records of activities and regularly report KPIs to sales leadership . . Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve messaging and conversion rates . . . 2+ years of experience in a B2B outbound sales or SDR role (SaaS or Tech industry strongly preferred) . . Proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a high-volume sales environment . . Comfortable making 60 to 100+ cold calls per day . . Experience with CRMs and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft or Apollo . . Excellent written and verbal English communication skills . . Strong organisational and time management skills . . Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working setup . . Company Location: Lesotho.
