For the Business Operations Support position we expect you to:. Provide administrative support and assist with operational issues. Provide support and information on all Functions’ operational processes. Support the analysis of all operational processes and provide suggestions for improvement.. Act as liaison for communication with other departments and work closely with a range of internal stakeholders. Create and edit documents, reports and presentations . Maintain up-to-date filing systems & liaises with the legal department for the reviewing or processing of documents within agreed timeframes . Update logs and order forms. Organize work by routing correspondence and managing paperwork as requested. Maintain management team’s calendars and effectively arranges and assists with meetings, conferences, web/tele conferences and team building sessions as required . Support travel arrangements for BU’s management team . What do you need to succeed in this position?. Your experience, skill set and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:. A University Degree. The Ability to analyze complex information and generate reports. Organized, methodical, team player and able to prioritize workload. Highly accurate and attentive to detail. Strong IT skills are a plus, particularly use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools. Good communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal). Company Location: Italy.
