What We Are Looking For. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team and drive process improvement across our operations. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives for Central Operations, streamline workflows, and support strategic decision-making through data and automation. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, operates with urgency, and sees inefficiencies as opportunities to build scalable systems. . Key Responsibilities:. . Data Analysis:. . . Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for operational decisions. . . Present data-driven findings to stakeholders, highlighting trends, forecasts, and opportunities for improvement.. . Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making and drive operational efficiency. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint), Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides), and preferred experience with programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.) . . . Process Optimization:. . . Audit internal workflows to eliminate friction, reduce costs, and improve speed at scale. . . Recommend and implement end-to-end improvements for our Owners, Guests, and internal stakeholders with technology or automation.. . Design and implement improvement using documentation, tooling, automation, or system integrations.. . Develop operational KPIs (e.g. onboarding completion time, cost per turn, vendor quality) and drive continuous improvement and accountability through regular reporting.. . Design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and long-term scalability.. . Conduct regular process audits to identify further improvement opportunities.. . . Program & Project Management. . . Own and execute cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and outcomes.. . Partner with teams across internal teams including, Central Operations, Field Operations, Product, Tech, Listings, and Finance to align goals, mitigate risk, and remove blockers.. . Proactively manage ambiguity and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.. . 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, procurement, or project management.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights across large datasets and operational tools.. . Familiarity with automation tools or scripting/SQL skills is a plus. . Proven ability to take ownership and drive measurable impact independently. . Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders. . . Company Location: Argentina.
