Product Designer. , you’ll work across research, UX, and UI, collaborating with product managers and engineers to design tools that tackle complex problems, from quoting and ordering flows to storefronts, chat, and other CRM-like features. This is a chance to own big features early, learn from a seasoned team, and build experience solving complex user problems. . What You’ll Do . . Turn research into reality — Conduct user research and translate insights into thoughtful, practical designs. . . Design end-to-end — Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for both new features and existing workflows. . . Collaborate deeply — Work closely with PMs and engineers from discovery to launch. . . Shape our design system — Maintain, evolve, and advocate for design consistency. . . Iterate quickly — Test, gather feedback, and refine based on real-world use. . . . 1–3 years designing digital products (marketplace, e-catalog, CRM or OMS system experience is a plus). . . A portfolio showing clear design thinking, systems approach, and shipped work. . . Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. . .
