
VP of Growth Marketing at Eminus Group. About the Role. Seeking a data-driven, strategic leader to take full ownership of digital growth and performance marketing for a fast-scaling DTC wellness brand. This role is responsible for accelerating growth across acquisition, retention, and eCommerce performance—driving revenue and building a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented marketer with deep experience in DTC and CPG, a passion for health and wellness, and a track record of scaling high-growth brands.. Key Responsibilities. Growth Strategy & Revenue Ownership. . Own end-to-end revenue strategy across customer acquisition, retention, and website performance. . . Develop and execute a scalable, efficient growth strategy that strengthens both revenue and brand equity. . . Lead full-funnel marketing efforts to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty. . . Manage forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting for predictable, sustainable growth. . . Acquisition & Paid Media. . Lead strategy and execution across paid social, paid search, podcast, affiliate, TV, OOH, direct mail, and emerging channels. . . Partner with creative and brand teams to continuously test and optimize messaging, content, and targeting. . . Implement TTF planning and MMM strategy to guide media mix and budget allocation. . . Optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet aggressive CAC and revenue targets. . . Retention & Lifecycle Marketing. . Oversee CRM strategy, including email, SMS, and personalized on-site experiences. . . Optimize customer journeys to increase engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. . . Collaborate with CX and product to leverage feedback for retention and new product development opportunities. . . E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization. . Own site experience and funnel performance with a focus on improving CVR, AOV, and overall engagement. . . Apply CRO strategies such as A/B testing, personalization, and behavioral data analysis to increase conversions. . . Collaborate with design, development, and brand teams to continually evolve the eCommerce experience. . . Team Leadership. . Build, mentor, and lead a team of growth marketers and performance channel experts. . . Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making. . .
