We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Operations & People Manager to lead our internal operations, team development, and HR functions across InfluenConnect and Comms8. This is a pivotal role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys building processes, culture, and systems that help teams scale smoothly and sustainably.. You’ll report directly to the Founder and be responsible for:. . Driving operational efficiency and workflow improvements across teams. . Leading recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. . Championing a strong, inclusive team culture and effective internal communications. . Collaborating with the tech team to streamline and automate systems. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Operations & Workflow Optimisation. . Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to simplify workflows and improve team productivity. . Partner with the tech team to design and implement internal automation and integrations. . Maintain and optimise internal process using AI, automation and workflow tools . . Build SOPs, internal resource hubs, and training guides to support scale. . People & HR Leadership. . Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, progression, retention, and offboarding. . Own and evolve our performance management processes including 1:1s, feedback, and reviews. . Lead training initiatives, upskilling programmes, and individual development planning. . Foster a strong team culture through engagement activities, recognition programmes, and clear values alignment. . Support workforce planning and help shape future organisational design. . Internal Communications & Team Enablement. . Design and lead internal comms rhythms: updates, async rituals, announcements, newsletters. . Ensure transparent communication, alignment, and knowledge sharing across teams. . Champion structured onboarding journeys and help new joiners integrate into our remote culture. . . . 5+ years experience in operations, people, or HR/talent roles in startups or growth-stage companies. . Proven track record leading recruitment, onboarding, and performance management independently. . Experienced in fast-paced, founder-led or entrepreneurial environments.. . Strong systems thinking and experience improving cross-functional workflows. . Understanding of coding and proficiency in AI are essential. . Familiarity with async tools and managing remote teams across time zones. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese proficiency.. . Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise and drive initiatives independently. . Company Location: Hong Kong.
