This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand sales operations across a multi-state territory in the Western United States. You will drive business growth by identifying and developing new customer relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale account management. Operating remotely, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. The position demands strong technical understanding, market insight, and the ability to travel extensively. Develop and execute territory sales plans to grow a solid customer base and drive revenue across the Western U.S.. . Identify new business opportunities, leveraging technical expertise in power generation and compressed air solutions.. . Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification to order, ensuring ongoing account growth and customer satisfaction.. . Collaborate with internal departments — including finance, marketing, inside sales, technical support, operations, and engineering — to deliver seamless customer experiences.. . Maintain accurate records in the CRM, provide timely sales forecasts, and share market intelligence to support business decisions.. . Deliver presentations, training, and product demonstrations that highlight value, ROI, and competitive advantages.. . Travel 60–75% to meet with customers, attend events, and expand market presence in the assigned region.. . . Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in a relevant sales role, preferably in technical or industrial markets.. .
