We’re looking for a visionary Head of Product to lead the strategic development and execution of Aldea Advisor, our flagship product. You will be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap—bridging the gap between market needs, user experience, and technical execution.. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, user research, and iterative development. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and operations to build and scale products that people trust and love.. Key Responsibilities. . Vision & Strategy: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Aldea’s mission and business goals.. . User-Centric Innovation: Champion deep user empathy to translate needs into impactful product experiences.. . Execution Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time and at scale.. . Team Development: Build and mentor a world-class product team.. . Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, engineering, design, research, and external partners to drive product outcomes.. . Metrics & Iteration: Establish success metrics, evaluate product performance, and guide iterative improvements.. . 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.. . Experience in early-stage or growth-stage technology companies.. . Demonstrated success in leading AI/ML-enabled product development is a strong plus.. . Deep empathy for users and a relentless focus on delivering value.. . Strong understanding of product design, agile development, and go-to-market strategies.. . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.. . Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.. . Nice to Have. . Experience in building decision support systems, personal assistants, or tools with human-centered AI.. . Familiarity with behavioral science, psychology, or systems thinking.. .
