We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Professional Services Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Point of Sale (POS) integrations between Popmenu and our restaurant clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, configuration, training, and post-implementation support, ensuring a seamless transition and successful outcome.. What You Will Be Responsible For:. Implementation & Onboarding:. . Lead end-to-end onboarding activities for POS integrations between Popmenu clients and third-party POS and payment platforms. Drive hardware and software system configurations to meet client-specific needs. Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery and setup of POS integrations.. Project Management: . Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously with a strong focus on deliverables and deadlines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation. Quickly identify and resolve issues during the implementation lifecycle.. Client Consultation & Training: . Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on restaurant POS and payment workflows. Conduct training sessions for restaurant clients on primary workflows so they are positioned for success. Offer strategic advice and best practices for successful integration between Popmenu and third-party POS vendors.. Post-Implementation Support: . Serve as the first point of escalation for post-go-live issues. Conduct periodic check-ins to ensure continued client satisfaction and system usage. Collaborate with support and product teams to advocate for client needs and feature enhancements. . What You Bring to the Table:. 3+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or customer success in the hospitality or restaurant tech sector. Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems (e.g., Aloha, Micros, Heartland, Toast, etc.) and payment gateways.. . Strong understanding of restaurant operations, online ordering and payment processing.. . Excellent project management and client communication skills.. .
