Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role focuses on digital marketing, website optimization, and creating a seamless customer experience. You will plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure the eCommerce platform runs at peak performance.. Key Responsibilities. . Plan, create, and execute . email and SMS marketing campaigns and flows. . . Develop and manage the . eCommerce marketing calendar. (emails, SMS, web banners) ensuring brand-consistent creative and copy . . Maintain the . product catalog. with accurate, up-to-date product information . . Partner with developers to implement promotions and maintain a functional, on-brand website . . Monitor emerging . eCommerce trends. , review competitor sites, and recommend enhancements . . Oversee . Shopify operations. : product uploads, content updates, troubleshooting . . Optimize . user experience. to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue . . Coordinate brand promotions with the Trade Marketing Specialist . . Review social posts and ads with agency partners for quality and brand voice . . Manage surveys, campaigns, and testimonial sourcing/consent . . Analyze marketing data to refine campaigns; create . weekly and monthly reports. . . Serve as key contact for . Amazon Accelerator, third-party marketplaces, apps, and content agencies. . . . 2–3 years of marketing or . eCommerce experience. . . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus . . Proficiency in . Shopify, Google Analytics. , and eCommerce apps . . Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . . Ability to analyze customer data and sales trends . . Knowledge of HTML and basic web design is a plus . .
