Responsible for managing operations and day to day resourcing across the platforms - Kooth, Soluna, Qwell & IDP and management of a team of Shift Managers overseeing platform workflows, delivery of services and resourcing on Kooth and Qwell & IDP . Lead and manage daily operations across our service delivery platforms for adults and CYP. . Oversee and support a team of Shift Managers to maintain optimal workflows, resourcing, and service delivery.. .
