We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of the Software Engineering and Architecture vertical while actively supporting broader revenue and growth initiatives. This cross-functional role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of digital learning ecosystems, and a passion for enabling growth through smart execution and strategic contribution. . You’ll work closely with authors, editors, relationship leads, growth marketers, and the program manager to ensure the timely execution of the entire vertical pipeline, spanning books, newsletters, events, and other revenue-driving initiatives. . Key Responsibilities: . Project Management . Own the full lifecycle of tech product development (which includes books, newsletters, and events), from concept to launch. . Define and track clear project milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. . Implement agile project management methodologies suited to educational content development. . Ensure learning products align with tech release cycles, market needs, user expectations, and business goals. . Cross-Functional Coordination . Act as the central point of contact between relationship leads, content editors, production, and marketing teams. . Facilitate communication between teams to remove roadblocks and streamline execution. . Maintain comprehensive documentation and lead regular check-ins and sprint reviews. . Report progress and dependencies to the Program Manager to ensure vertical-level visibility and timely escalation of risks. . Marketing & Go-To-Market Support . Collaborate with the marketing team to project manage campaign strategies and promotional assets for course/product launches. . Support user acquisition efforts through coordinated rollouts, pilot programs, and feedback loops. . Revenue & Growth Initiatives . Partner with relationship leads and growth leads to facilitate key conversations on monetization opportunities (e.g., licensing, partnerships, B2B offerings). . Support pilots, experiments, and proof-of-concept projects aimed at expanding revenue streams. . Qualifications: . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Business (MBA or PMP a plus). . 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in edtech, e-learning, or SaaS environments. . Strong understanding of instructional design principles, LMS platforms, and digital content workflows. . Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and timelines. . Proficiency with project and collaboration tools. . Analytical mindset with familiarity in marketing analytics and user engagement metrics. .  . Preferred Traits: . Salary Range - INR 50,000 – 82,500 fixed pay per month (skills and/or experience dependent).
