Product Owner at 99x Brazil (formerly Nextly). We are seeking a Product Owner/Scrum Master to take ownership of client projects, bridging the gap between business and technical teams. In this role, you will capture and document requirements, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of eCommerce solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical execution, while serving as a subject matter expert on platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify.. Responsibilities:. . Capture, document, and manage requirements for eCommerce implementations to align with client business objectives. . . Act as a liaison between development and business teams, translating technical requirements into accessible information for non-technical stakeholders (and vice versa). . . Lead workshops and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business processes and requirements. . . Serve as the main client contact for project delivery—leading meetings, fielding questions, and managing expectations. . . Develop documentation, diagrams, and other materials to communicate requirements to technical teams. . . Support clients by creating training materials, SOP guides, and other resources. . . Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of eCommerce solutions. . . Act as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platform capabilities, supporting troubleshooting and providing solution recommendations. . . Stay current on emerging eCommerce technologies and assess their potential application to client projects. . . Provide thought leadership in eCommerce with deep expertise in SFCC and/or Shopify platforms.. . 5–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master within the eCommerce industry, ideally with large enterprise brands. . Hands-on experience with enterprise-level projects, specifically using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or Shopify. . Deep understanding and application of Agile software development processes. . . Skilled at facilitating collaboration across engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams. . . Strong ability to prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and business goals. . . Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills. . . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. . . Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities at once. . . A team player who values kindness, curiosity, and intelligence. . Company Location: Brazil.
