We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion / Video Designer to craft engaging, high-performing video content for global audiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to bring products and campaigns to life through compelling storytelling and motion design. From concept development and storyboarding to editing and animation, you will help shape how products are presented across digital platforms. Design and produce impactful video assets for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.. Develop and execute creative storyboards that highlight key product features and drive engagement.. Edit and color-grade footage, incorporating animations, motion graphics, and sound design for high-quality final outputs.. Adapt and optimize videos for various channels while maintaining consistent brand identity and performance standards.. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate marketing briefs and insights into effective visual narratives.. Participate in A/B testing, iterating on video concepts based on feedback and performance data.. Stay up to date with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging tools—especially AI solutions for video editing and animation.. Bachelor’s degree in Cinematography, Multimedia, or equivalent professional experience.. 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or Video Editor, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro.. Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools such as Veo3 or MidJourney.. Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, technical precision, and commercial impact.. Ability to balance artistic creativity with data-driven optimization for engagement and conversion..
