Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding travel services, bookings, and accommodations via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed information about destinations, travel arrangements, and local attractions.. . Assist customers with reservations, changes, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless experience.. . Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain an organized database for future reference.. . Collaborate with team members and various departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.. . Stay updated on hospitality and tourism trends to provide relevant insights to clients.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. .
