Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel from lead capture through pipeline acceleration, delivering insightful reports and dashboards.. . Build and maintain performance tracking tools to measure campaign ROI, funnel health, and key marketing KPIs.. . Collaborate with Sales and Sales Ops to forecast lead and pipeline targets aligned with revenue goals.. . Manage and improve the marketing technology stack, including platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and ZoomInfo.. . Drive continuous improvements in lead management, data hygiene, enrichment, and campaign attribution.. . Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle tracking.. . Partner with go-to-market teams to implement scalable marketing operations solutions.. . Oversee vendor relationships, budget management, and technology renewals.. . Lead the Marketing Operations roadmap, prioritizing automation, data governance, and process enhancements.. . . 6+ years in marketing or revenue operations within SaaS or high-growth tech companies, with expertise in top-of-funnel strategies.. .
