BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline . 7–15+ years in manufacturing, product development, or industrial environments . CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD—role dependent) . Knowledge of GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, and design for manufacturability . Leadership/mentorship capability preferred.
