The role: . We've built the tech and clinical infrastructure. Now we are focused on growing our enterprise pipeline. We have a handful of large clients who love us, but we need help generating qualified leads predictably, by testing whatever channels make sense for complex B2B healthcare buyers. . This means getting your hands dirty: writing sequences, building campaigns, running experiments, and hiring agencies/freelancers where needed. You'll own lead generation end-to-end. . What we are looking for? . We are looking for Digital Healthcare ACPs who are able to commit to a . minimum of 8-12 hours a week. to provide virtual consultations via our intuitive platform, delivering high quality care to our patients. . As an ACP, you will confidently assess, diagnose, and treat patients on our digital platform. You will work within your scope of professional practice at all times being responsible and accountable for your decisions and actions in line with organisational policy. This includes active judgements when to seek support from senior colleagues. . The responsibilities below reflect the four pillars of advanced practice and ACPs are expected to work against these standards.. Salaried Sessions: . We offer fixed shifts and sessions (. minimum of 8-12 hours a week) . that can be divided throughout the week based on your preferred hours, along with optional additional 'ad-hoc' shifts.. Our Available Sessions:. Monday–Friday: 17:00–22:00. Saturday: 08:00–22:00. Sunday: 10:00–22:00. Sessional Rates (per annum below): Salary based on 40 hours weekday/daytime FTE: From £60,169.30 . Weekday Daytime: £6,016.93. Weekday Evening: £6,618.63. Weekends/ Bank Holiday: £7,281.51. Hour rate:. Weekday daytime £28.93. Weekday evening £31.82. Weekend / bank holiday £35.01. Training / Qualifications. Relevant registration with a professional body (NMC, HCPC, GPhC). Postgraduate diploma (Level 7) or Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or through formal accreditation or credential-route aligned with the regulatory framework for advanced practice. Valid IR(ME)R certificate valid within the last 3 years. The Fit Note (FIT) training certificate . Independent prescribing qualification.. Minor illness training qualification (Desirable). Experience. Minimum 2 years experience as ACP independently prescribing (post ACP qualification. ) . in Primary Care Setting/general practice within the last 5 years. Broad autonomous scope of practice developed in a general practice setting as per the Core Capabilities for Advanced Clinical Practice framework. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines. Commitment to patient-centred care and ongoing professional development.. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to proficiently document patient consultations according to organizational policy and national guidelines.. Clinical Responsibilities within the DCA ACP Scope of Practice:. Assess, diagnose, and treat: Conduct comprehensive remote patient assessments, establish accurate diagnoses, and develop appropriate treatment plans remotely.. Communicate effectively: Build rapport with patients through effective communication, demonstrating emotional intelligence and promoting a positive patient experience.. Prescribe responsibly: Adhere to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's "A Competency Framework for all Prescribers".
