Key Responsibilities. Operational Support. Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments.. Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics.. Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.. Business Development. Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.. Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.. Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.. Marketing & Outreach. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients.. Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders.. Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.. Project Management. Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.. Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders.. Administrative Support. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups..
