We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Compliance Administrator to join our client’s team. This is a key support role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structure and systems, and is happy to jump into other tasks when needed. Flexibility and accountability are a must.. Key Responsibilities: . Accounts (via Xero):. . Handle accounts payable and receivable. . Perform regular bank and account reconciliations. . Assist with general financial admin tasks. . Support month-end reporting and invoicing processes. . Compliance Support:. . Assist with verifying candidate documents and credentials. . Follow up on reference checks and outstanding compliance requirements. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. . Inbox + Lead Management:. . Manage shared inboxes and sort inbound candidate and client leads. . Code and categorise candidate profiles accurately on the CRM (Bullhorn). . Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has clean, actionable data so they can focus on outreach and calls. . . At least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience. . Experience with Xero and basic accounting tasks. . Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. . Good communication and follow-through (especially for compliance tasks). . Comfortable with admin systems and CRM tools (experience with Bullhorn is a bonus). . A proactive, flexible mindset, willing to support in areas outside your core tasks when needed. .
