As a member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with their inquiries related to products, services, and experiences, all while communicating effectively in Portuguese.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding retail products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.. . Provide detailed information on product availability, pricing, and promotional offers.. . Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.. . Resolve any customer complaints and issues with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.. . Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.. . Stay updated on product knowledge and retail trends to provide exceptional service.. . . Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry.. .
