Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.. . Provide individual and group counseling in various therapeutic modalities.. . Facilitate workshops and support groups to promote mental health awareness.. . Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health records.. . Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.. . Educate clients and families about mental health issues and resources.. . . Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.. . Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or equivalent.. . Experience in counseling or mental health services preferred.. . Knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and techniques.. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.. . Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.. . Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development.. . Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.. .
