Senior Client Success Manager. , you serve as the go-to point of contact for our valued clients. You are responsible for retaining clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and growing revenues within your existing account base. You are responsible for guiding the strategic direction of your clients, helping them generate more leads and more revenue while optimizing their marketing costs and differentiating their brands in the market.  Your goal is to become the trusted advisor, building long-lasting, strong relationships with your clients. The Senior Client Success Manager role plays an integral part in both client and company growth.. Position Responsibilities. Develop and oversee the execution of sophisticated, customized marketing strategies that align with and exceed client goals. . Understanding clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges as if they were your own and becoming the trusted advisor of the clients. . Fostering relationships with strategic partners for RYNO’s largest clients. . Defining and driving the marketing strategy for each client. . Providing actionable insights and proactive recommendations based on performance and results. . Communicating via phone/email & meeting with clients via Zoom on a weekly basis. . Expanding client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated within accounts. . Generating client referrals that result in new RYNO clients. . Analyze data from industry platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, GA4 etc., and create actionable insights in the form of campaign performance reports. . Stay at the forefront of industry trends, continuously learning and integrating cutting-edge marketing strategies and tactics. . Supporting Client Success Director with reports & resources for the entire Account Team. . Mentor Client Success Coordinators. . Building strong relationships with both clients and the RYNO team. . . 4+ years of account management experience in a fast-growing digital marketing agency . . 2+ years of experience in mentoring a team of digital account managers . . Skilled in handling client escalations and securing new client business and upselling solutions . . Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with clients and internal teams . . Strong ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts proactively. . Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, Search Console, and other data analysis tools . . In-depth knowledge of current SEO & Paid Media techniques and a commitment to continuous learning . . Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines . . A passion for helping businesses grow, and possesses a 'do whatever it takes to get the job done' attitude. . The following certifications are required: Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, and Google Analytics (GA4). . The total compensation for this salaried nonexempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, the potential for quarterly bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
