Deploy high quality code that solves real world business problems. . Helps with triage of production incidents . . Mentor and develop a team of engineers . . Provide guidance, coaching and advocacy for your team. . Participate in team-level strategy to identify areas of improvement. . Collaborate with Product when shaping pitches. . What are we looking for in this role?:. 5+ years in a technical leadership or management role. Familiarity with multiple programming languages or technologies. Working knowledge of at least one automated testing framework. Experience with native or multi-platform mobile applications is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects that are at different stages of development. Current working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Shape Up software development lifecycles.
