Key Responsibilities. Shipment Coordination. Coordinate and monitor . inbound and outbound shipments. across warehouses, 3PL partners, and distribution networks. . Ensure shipments are . processed, documented, and dispatched on schedule. . . Track shipment status and proactively resolve . delivery delays, exceptions, or logistics discrepancies. . . Logistics Documentation & Tracking. Maintain accurate records of . shipping documentation, shipment tracking, and inventory movements. . . Ensure shipping data is properly recorded across . logistics systems and spreadsheets. . . Assist with . shipment reconciliation and issue resolution. . . Cross-Functional Communication. Communicate regularly with . internal teams, warehouses, and logistics partners. regarding shipment status and updates. . Escalate operational issues that may impact delivery timelines or fulfillment accuracy. . Operations Support. Support the . Director of Merchandise Planning or Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations. with operational reporting and shipment visibility. . Assist with data gathering and reporting related to shipping performance and operational metrics. . Identify opportunities to . improve shipping efficiency and operational processes. . . Growth & Development Opportunities. As the business scales, this role may expand into additional supply chain responsibilities such as:. Supporting . chargeback management processes. . Required Qualifications. Previous experience in . shipping, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination. . Strong . organizational and administrative skills. . Experience managing . shipment documentation and tracking logistics processes. . Ability to work . cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and merchandising teams. . Proficiency with . spreadsheets and logistics tracking systems. . Strong . attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. . Ability to . manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously. . Preferred Qualifications. Experience working within . retail, wholesale, or e-commerce supply chains. . Familiarity with . chargeback processes. .
