Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually. . Minimum Weekly Hours: 5. . Key Responsibilities. . Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. . Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. . Provide support for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health issues. . Maintain timely, professional clinical documentation. . Collaborate with other providers as needed. . . Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline. . Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California. . At least 2 years of post-license clinical experience. . Strong communication and documentation skills. . Familiarity with CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based methods is a plus. .
