Civil Engineer (OpenRoads Experience) | Permanent WFH at BizForce. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented . Civil Engineer.  with a strong background in . highway and roadway design. . With at least 5 years of professional experience, the ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and real-world project experience to our growing team.. Proficiency in . AutoCAD.  and . Civil 3D.  is essential, while familiarity with . OpenRoads.  is a strong advantage. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects that shape how communities move and grow.. Job Responsibilities:. . Design and develop roadway and highway plans in compliance with local, regional, and national standards. . Create detailed engineering drawings and models using Civil 3D and AutoCAD. . Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, and construction documents. . Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including planners, surveyors, and contractors. . Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during construction phases. . Coordinate with project managers to ensure deadlines, budgets, and design standards are met. . Assist in the preparation of reports, specifications, and cost estimates. . . Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. . Licensed Civil Engineer. . At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically with highway or roadway projects. . Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. . Experience or familiarity with OpenRoads Designer is preferred but not required. . Strong understanding of roadway design standards and transportation engineering principles. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. . Amenable to work during U.S. working hours. . Company Location: Philippines.
