Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of infrastructure security engineers.. Define and implement security controls across compute, storage, and networking systems in multi-cloud and hybrid environments.. Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation strategies to protect critical infrastructure.. Drive the deployment, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of core infrastructure security technologies.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud engineering, security, and compliance, to align security practices with business priorities.. Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor security posture, compliance, and operational effectiveness.. Advocate and embed security-first principles, automation, and “security by design” across workflows.. Represent the infrastructure security function in executive reviews and strategic planning discussions.. . 10+ years of experience in infrastructure security engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in people management.. Proven experience building and leading teams securing large-scale, distributed, or multi-cloud environments.. Strong technical foundation in infrastructure security, including IAM, EDR/XDR, CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability management, incident response, and zero trust principles.. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence engineers and executives alike.. Ability to partner effectively across organizational boundaries, including security, cloud engineering, infrastructure, and compliance teams.. Preferred / Standout Qualifications:. Experience securing AI or HPC infrastructure.. Deep expertise in CSP-native security controls and multi-cloud governance..
