Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.. . Assist clients with inquiries regarding insurance products, policies, and claims processes.. . Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.. . Educate clients about the benefits and coverage options of various insurance plans.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.. .
