As a representative, you will provide essential support in Polish, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, rates, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide guidance on service activation, account management, and device usage.. . Resolve customer complaints and technical issues while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.. . Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.. . Stay informed about current telecommunications products, services, and promotions.. . Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications.. . Excellent communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.. .
