Lead, coach, and scale a team of 6–8 Sales Directors driving growth across enterprise accounts.. . Shape and execute strategic plans for high-value, complex customers within your territory.. . Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture through mentorship, coaching, and empowerment.. . Refine onboarding processes and sales playbooks to accelerate ramp time and effectiveness.. . Drive alignment across Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services teams.. . Act as a hands-on leader involved throughout the full sales cycle—Discovery, Evaluation, Implementation, and Adoption.. .
