The Recruiting Sourcer will play a vital role in identifying and generating leads for healthcare providers through various channels, including web searches, job boards, and cold calling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s recruitment goals. The Recruiting Sourcer will collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further engagement. .  . Key Responsibilities: . Lead Generation: . Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. . Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs. . Cold Calling and Outreach: . Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities within the organization. . Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability. . Collaboration: . Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement. . Provide detailed candidate information and insights to assist recruiters in the next steps of the recruitment process. . Tracking and Reporting: . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). . Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted. . Compliance: . Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling. . Qualifications: . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. . Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field. . Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable. . Skills and Competencies: . Strong research and lead generation skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to handle high-volume sourcing activities while maintaining attention to detail. . Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems. . Strong organizational and time-management skills. . This is a full time role. 100% Remote. $6/hr.
