The Solution Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the Kronos WFM application across non-production and production environments, including participation in go-live activities. This position requires expertise in system operations, deployments, troubleshooting, and a strong adherence to ITIL best practices. The role involves occasional off-hours work for solution deployments.. Key Responsibilities. . . Provide . application support for Kronos WFM. , ensuring stable and consistent IT services across the enterprise. . . Collaborate with . Back of Stores (BOS). scrum teams to support Kronos WFM development, deployment, and issue resolution. . . Serve as a . Subject Matter Expert (SME). , assisting the Helpdesk and Level 2 support teams. . . Be available for . off-hours deployments and support activities. , typically once a week. . . Monitor systems using tools like . Splunk. to analyze diagnostics, troubleshoot outages, and ensure critical components are recovered promptly. . . Develop procedures for system recovery and manage proactive plans for potential issues. . . Modify or update Java code when necessary to address system requirements. . . Maintain a solid understanding of the . Client's technology ecosystem. , including . Oracle products, Exadata Cloud, VMware/Linux VM, Hyper-V, and Windows 10. . . . Collaborate across teams to escalate unresolved incidents and ensure critical issues are addressed. . . Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience. . . . 3+ years of experience. working with . Kronos WFM. products (Required). . . . 3+ years of experience. with . Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / Exadata at Customer. (Required). . . . 2+ years of hands-on experience. in enterprise software development using . Java. (Required). . . Proficiency with .
