You will work remotely with global teams, applying your expertise to complex contracts and driving operational efficiency. Your impact will be critical in supporting sustained revenue growth while ensuring compliance with accounting standards in a data-driven environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Own the end-to-end revenue recognition process including design, implementation, and documentation in compliance with accounting standards.. . Collaborate with sales, legal, deal desk, and revenue teams to review contract terms and ensure proper revenue treatment.. . Lead and develop the local team to manage recurring revenue close tasks and enhance operational efficiency.. . Analyze customer contracts and pricing models to validate revenue accuracy and compliance with ASC606 and related regulations.. . Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and fluctuation analysis.. . Assist in audit preparations and respond to external auditors’ data requests.. . Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reporting accuracy.. . . Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CA/CPA preferred.. . 5+ years of experience in revenue accounting within a public company or Big 4 environment.. . Strong knowledge of multi-element revenue recognition under GAAP, including ASC 605-25, ASC 606, and related guidance.. . Experience reviewing SaaS, License, OEM, and Professional Services contracts for revenue implications.. . Proficient in working with large data volumes and applying data analytics during close processes.. . Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.. . Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.. . Proven track record of driving process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.. . Company Location: India.
