We are seeking a skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team of remote clinicians. Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using secure telehealth platforms.. . Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with California Board standards and HIPAA regulations.. . Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.. . Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed for coordinated care.. . Participate in case consultations, supervision (if applicable), and occasional staff meetings via video conference.. . Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.. . . Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California (required).. . Minimum of 1 year post-licensure experience preferred.. . Proficient in telehealth/virtual care or willing to be trained.. . Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.. . Experience or training in one or more of the following is a plus: trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, EFT, or working with BIPOC or LGBTQ+ populations.. .
