The Recruitment Operations Lead is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the systems, data, and processes that power efficient talent acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment, analytics, and operations—ensuring that recruitment teams operate with clean data, reliable infrastructure, and repeatable workflows.. You will own recruitment operations infrastructure, including ATS administration, reporting and dashboards, process optimization, and automation. ATS & Recruitment Technology Management — 25%. Administer and optimize the ATS and related recruitment tools. Configure workflows, stages, permissions, and automations. Maintain system documentation and usage guidelines. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors when needed. Train recruiters on best practices and system usage. Evaluate and support rollout of new recruitment tools. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting — 30%. Build and maintain dashboards tracking recruitment KPIs. Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Generate recurring performance reports for leadership. Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and drop-offs. Track source effectiveness and recruiter productivity. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions. Data Quality & Pipeline Hygiene — 20%. Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate and pipeline data. Audit ATS records for consistency and compliance. Enforce data standards, tagging, and stage usage. Manage deduplication and data cleanup efforts. Support data privacy and compliance best practices. Train team on proper data entry and hygiene. Process Design & Optimization — 15%. Map and document end-to-end recruitment workflows. Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements. Build and maintain SOPs for recruitment operations. Introduce automation to reduce manual tasks. Optimize handoffs between sourcing, recruiting, and matching. Gather feedback from recruiters to refine processes. Project Coordination & Enablement — 10%. Lead recruitment operations initiatives and system changes. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders on ops projects. Manage timelines, priorities, and rollout plans. Support recruiters during high-volume or transition periods. Maintain hands-on understanding of recruitment workflows. Must-Haves (Required). 2–3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, recruiting, or sourcing coordination. Proven experience administering and optimizing an ATS. Strong analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment workflows and metrics. Experience improving processes and operational efficiency. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Nice-to-Haves (Preferred). Experience scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environments.
