As a member of our DSCR & Multifamily Lending division, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring loans move seamlessly from application through closing - balancing efficiency, compliance, and exceptional borrower service.. Review & Manage Loan Files – Ensure DSCR loan applications are complete, accurate, and properly documented.. . Communicate with Borrowers & Brokers – Act as a trusted secondary point of contact, providing timely updates and clear guidance.. . Collect & Verify Documents – Coordinate appraisals, title commitments, insurance, leases, and entity documents.. . Ensure Compliance – Maintain internal and external standards for business-purpose lending.. . Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with originators, underwriters, and closers to keep the pipeline moving efficiently.. . Support Process Improvements – Share feedback to help refine workflows and enhance borrower satisfaction.. . YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:. Required. . 3+ years of loan processing experience (DSCR, non-QM, or business-purpose loans).. . Deep understanding of DSCR guidelines and real estate investor financing.. . Strong communication skills with a professional approach to borrower/broker relationships.. . High attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple files at once.. . Familiarity with LOS systems and workflow platforms (experience with Stacker is a plus).. . Nice to Have. . Experience with multifamily or small-balance commercial loans (5–25 units).. . Knowledge of title, insurance, and investor entity structures (LLCs, partnerships, etc.).. . Local to Tampa with ability to work in-office part of the week.. . Company Location: United States.
