The ideal candidate has experience with product testing, writing clear technical tickets, and ensuring an exceptional user experience. Comfort working across various projects and strong communication skills are essential, as is familiarity with tools like GitLab, Postman, and API testing. This is a fully remote position requiring fluency in English and availability during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.. . Accountabilities:. . Collaborate with the Head of Product and technical teams to drive product development from concept to launch. . Write detailed GitLab tickets with relevant technical documentation including screenshots, cURL requests, and Loom videos. . Test product features for usability, bugs, and functionality issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. . Attend daily Scrum meetings, contribute to sprint planning, and help define product priorities. . Advocate for high-quality UI/UX across all software releases and user journeys. . Conduct user testing and collect feedback to enhance usability and drive feature improvements. . Ensure all releases meet defined performance, functional, and security benchmarks. . . . 2+ years of experience in a product management or related role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment. . Familiarity with SEO or SEO-related platforms. . Experience with GitLab or GitHub, and project management tools like Jira. . Understanding of API testing using Postman, Fiddler, or similar tools. . Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. . Proven ability to write clear, actionable tickets and product documentation. .
