Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration;. . Work closely with annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects;. . Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team;. . Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization;. . Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues etc.;. . Train annotation teams and supervisors.. . What We Need:. . Excellent . Ukrainian & English. skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);. . . 1-2 years of experience. . in tech service industry, . ideally in customer success or account management;. . Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively;. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships;. . Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company;. . Mature and responsible attitude;. . Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team;. . Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible.. . Will be a great plus:. . Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in . IT outsourcing companies. ;. . Experience in working with AI, data labeling, or machine learning projects;. .
