Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;. Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);. Understanding of basic financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet);. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;. English - B1 or higher;. Ability to work with numbers accurately and meet deadlines;. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.. Responsibilities. Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial summaries;. Support budgeting and forecasting processes (collect data, consolidate inputs);.
